What is a good filler for swirls?

Id love to really take the swirls correctly out of my paint but my paint thickness ranges from 3.5- to 4.5. What are some good swirl fillers that I can use to help hide these scratches?

Machine does a better job IMHO but hand works fine too. Just as an FYI I like to use a 4" pad when applying waxes as they absord less product and I feel like I can go faster than with a bigger pad.

Can anyone tell me what the paint thickness is....I guess it really doesn't mate since some of the paint is a millimeter less than other areas.
