Scratch on interior door

I have a couple of some what deep scratches on the inside door panel (plastic) of an equinox and was wondering is there something i could do to make it less noticeable . I'm looking to get rid of it all together but I'm not sure you can.

Is it textured vinyl? Do you have a picture?

I'm curious to see the answer to this. My girlfriend has an Equinox as well and has similar scratches from our dogs.

I would also be interested in the answer. I have the same problem again. (My wife's car). When she gets out of her car. The purse and wedding ring have put a few scratches into the panel again. The dealer has replaced the panel once ($50), and scratches are back. I'm also looking for a quick, inexpensive solution. I have looked at the various vinyl repair kits, but am not sure about quality, etc. Most of the GM interiors are textured. Black shows everything.
