Suggestions for Small Rock Chips and Scratches?

I am looking for your help/advice with my first attempt at detailing. The paint on my girlfriend's 2009 Toyota Prius is in "decent" shape, although it hasn't really been washed and waxed properly all along. I don't see a lot of fine scratches or swirls, but there are some glaring issues. Its hood and front bumper have a lot of small bugs which I was able to remove by washing and an application of DP clay. Unfortunately there's a bunch of tiny white spots and pits left on the hood and bumper. I am wondering if ScratchX or some type of compound would help to remove these imperfections. I should also note that the only place I have to work right now is the parking lot of my apartment, so for now I think a DA polisher is out of the question.

Tiny white spots/chips on the hood.

More white spots/pits on the bumper where bugs were.

    Scuff/small scratch on the door.

I had a very difficult time getting this "streak" to come out well in the picture. However, if you look closely between the arrows, you can see it. It is not exactly a scratch--it looks ever so slightly raised, more like glue or sap. No matter what I try, though, it will not come out.

    RIDS/scratch on the door.

Chips in the paint look like they are through the clear and base paint. The white looks like primer. Need some refinishing spot repair.

Dr. Color Chip. Just send them the OEM color, it takes about a week to get it. A little wet sanding, buffing, good as new

Thanks for the quick replies. I will give the Dr. Colorchip a try and see how it goes.
