Concerns with using Megs Wheel Brightener
Ok, I've tried Megs All Wheel Cleaner, Zeps APC , Megs APC+ and Amazing Roll Off and I still can't get the ribbed area in the back of my rims clean I read a couple posts about using Megs Wheel Brightener, so I ordered myself a 32oz sample of the stuff. I'm planning on diluting it 4:1. I hope to only need to use it this one time to get all that crude out of the ribbed area and then seal and maintain the wheels. But now I am having 2nd thoughts on using it due to today, reading more post on the use of Megs Wheel Brightener and everyone having mixed opinions on its use due to it being acidic.
I plan on using it on my chrome clad rims off my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500, which I bought used last year and as you can see from the picture the ribbed area behind the chrome clad part, just has alot of crude in it.
Like I said hopefully I only need to use this Megs Wheel Brightener one time and then, just maintain the rims, because I am happy with how Megs All Wheel Cleaner currently is working for the rest.
Any thoughts, suggestions or ideas would be appreciated about using Megs Wheel Brightener, I just don't want to have to keep buying stuff though.
Thanks!

I use a higher ratio, when I mix it. Kind of a 8-1. But that is just me.
The wheel brightner should take care of your issue.

While my approach takes more time, the results are far superior.

Make sure and wear eye protection and some sort of mask. This stuff is nasty.
