    Newest score

Was in the local Big Lots and found some Megs Multi piece wheel cleaner. I've been looking for this wheel cleaner and never could find it locally only the regular hot rims all wheel cleaner and the chrome wheel cleaner. Found these for $3.50 each so i cleared the shelf of all 9 bottles. I have a question does the foam sprayer add any advatage to the cleaning? Or can i take the sprayer off and pour the cleaner into a regular sprayer and get the same effect? Also i know big lots usually gets closed out items is Multi piece still in production? Thanks

The Multi Piece Wheel Cleaner has been discontinued and Meguiars replaced it with the Hot Rims Aluminum Wheel Cleaner.

Supposedly it is the same formula. So yes it is still in production, just under a different label.

As far as the sprayer, I would think the only advantage to the foam sprayer is to keep the product from running off of the wheel so that it has more time to work and break up the dirt and brake dust, etc.

They are non alkaline non acid wheel cleaner PH safe. For any wheel type says right on front of bottle.
