Need Help - Stains on hood

After raining most of the day yesterday I noticed this morning that the hood of my white Subaru Forester had various blotches which were yellowish/green in color which maybe bird poop or tree sap. I went ahead and washed my car and noticed that they spots were still there. I tried some claybar on the spots with minimum effect(BTW, this claybar I used has been used multiple times do these things wear our or lose there effectiveness?). I then tried some Meguiars Paint Cleaner which I had sitting around the house which did dull the color of the stains a bit but was not able to remove them entirely. I would appreciate any recommendations on products and methods for removing these stains.

    Thanks in advance,

    David
