Re: 2008 Range Rover
There is a few different products you can buy to remove wax from trim pieces. Sense you already have the car and prob cant wait. My favorite thing to use is peanutbutter and a stiff toothbrush. Scrub it in, let it sit for a few mins and wipe off. You may need to do this few times depending on how bad it is. I use this technique often on my customers cars from previous detailers getting wax everywhere. Make sure you get all the peanutbutter off when youre done. I use warm water and bug sponge, then hit it with the pressure washer really well when your done. Hope this helps you out. For the future here is also what i use to take wax off, if you want to order some later Wax Blaster Wax Remover dissolves errant wax stains on rubber & plastic exterior trim in minutes! trim, wax stain, white wax, molding, rubber,. This stuff works great, you can also try some black wow.

Re: 2008 Range Rover
Gosh darnet!!!!! I messed up my work today. Do not have short term memory issues like I have. I worked on the Range Rover today. Washed and clayed it. Now, here is where I messed up. After the clay, I used my clients sealant vs. waxing it with Four Star. The place that worked on the Rover before me really messed things up and caused the Range Rover to have swirl marks, which means, I just sealed the swirls marks in. WHAAAAAA!!!!!! Good thing is, the client really did not know there were swirl marks on the paint.
Now, before any of you go crazy, I did not finish the job today. I will finish it tomorrow. TOMORROW, I will compound the hood of the Rover, then, place some Four Star on the whole Rover. After I do that, I will then Four Star the rest of the Rover. I also will have to clean up some of the interior he wanted me to clean up as well. That part will be easy since the Rover is an '08 Range Rover. I will take pics of the Rover tomorrow. The owner is shocked with home good the SUV looks right now.
