Help on choice of sealant

I am going to detail a friends 98 Toyota. Black...

I am looking for the best choice in a sealant type application. I use Souvergn but I know she will not want to maintain the finish, so I am looking for a sealant with a wow factor for the black finish and longevity. Since I do not use sealants I have not paid much attention to the various posts so would like some good advice please. Reviews on the Wolfgang product have not been so impressive so not interested in trying that.

Do you use either sealant or wax or can you put sealant after wax?

You put a sealant on first. Depending on what kind wait at least 12 hours to cure then put on a wax. Correct me if I am wrong

I'd go with Duragloss as the OP mentioned. it's good by hand or machine, available OTC if you have a Carquest in your area and is known for good looks and durability. (you mentioned that the owner won't maintain so.....)

Hmm...so i put sealant then i put my wax. So i do wash...clay...wash...paintwork cleansing...sealant...wax???

Yeah, I heard great things about Duragloss sealants. Seeing how you are looking for something for a customers car, I think DG is more cost effective then what I posted.
