    Smile New project

I just bought a new cadi cts 08. I forgot they had an automatic car wash on site, other wise I would have said do not wash the car. So now I have some swirl marks and spider webbing I need to get out.

I just placed a big order with ag before I got my new car. So I'm not 100% if the products I order is the right choice for this project. I'm planning on placing another order once I receive my first order.

    Here is what I ordered.
    1 FL-XC3401VR - Flex Polisher XC 3401 VRG
    1 FLEX-333573-SP - FLEX Polisher Bag Special
    1 GG-1010BL-2 - 2 QTY Grit Guard Inserts - Black
1 BFPK-500-CCS - Dual Action 6.5 inch XL Foam Pad Kit
1 WG-5500-SP - 16 oz. Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
    1 MEN-PO85U - 32 oz. Menzerna Final Polish PO 85U
1 COBRA-HD200 - Cobra Guzzler HD Gold Waffle Weave Dryin
    1 COBRA-195 - The Bone by Cobra
    1 AG-75Q - Autogeek Quart Foamaster Foam Gun w/Bonus
1 COBRA-900 - Cobra Edgeless Microfiber Polishing Triple
1 PIN-550-K - Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay PLUS Special
So what I had planned on doing was this.

Wash, clay, po 85u, wg dgps 3.0 and then trying fuzion(my next order)

So my question is should I use Menzerna po 85u or is that to much?

    Thanks
    Tony

85U may not finish off for LSP. If you look at the gloss factor on the MENZ chart its a 4 compared to 106 which is a 5. I would get 106, polish with a white pad and final polish with a grey, blue, or red pad. Your car is new and might not need much correction, but I did notice some buffer trails on the photo. For very light polishing I would also get PO85RD it only has a cut of 1.5, good for jeweling the paint and it wont take much cc off if any.

I didn't notice the gloss factor. So you recomend starting off with 106 then use PO85RD?

    Thanks

Always start with the least aggressive pad and polish. I dont know the condition of your paint, but if its in good shape use the 85rd with a white pad and finish off with a grey or blue pad. SIP and 106 are the most used combo, however I dont think you will need SIP cause your car is new.

Oh I understand what your saying now. Start off with 85RD, if it doesn't do the job move up to 106. Then after that move on to wg dgps 3.0.
