Trim Staining Help
I’ve got this truck in my garage. The owner’s son works at, Auto Bell, of all places and gave it a “premium wash” last week. Whatever spray wax he used left streaks all over which came out during the wash but left stains on the trim. The owner isn’t expecting their removal but for my own curiosity, how would you more experienced detailers go about removing trim stains?
Hopefully you can see in this picture but they are light stains that a camera doesn’t pick up very well.

Re: Trim Staining Help
Is it actually a stain or is it whatever dressing is on there starting to wear off. Because I have a few areas like on the FJ at the moment that look like that, and it's whatever I put on last wearing off.

I was thinking along the same lines. I’m gonna leave it alone for now. The vehicle will be back in two weeks for a follow up and I’ll see if it has worn off by then.
