    IME with softer compounds (would call them sticky-oily), HP rinse never works for me. Always a film left.

    However, apparently per the recent updates, CHEMS and HP rinse will do it.

    You know why I call it oily. Maybe it's road film....
    I was washing out the wheel bucket....
    It was a bit oily on the residual water on the bucket. Took some APC to clean out the bottom of that bucket

    I agree, it can be oily/sticky sometimes and scrubbing works best, but you also have to keep in mind that I used a concentrate at full strength on those tires. That’s much stronger than the typical RTU tire cleaner/degreaser plus I used alot of it.

    I actually cleaned 2 sets of wheels & tires back to back and used up a full 32oz. of product. I’ll be switching to dedicated product for the wheels and a separate one for the tires in the future.
