Iron remover turned yellow in bottle after opening.

I called Adam’s and a guy assured me it was fine to use and it happens. Wanted your experience?

Amazon purchase by chance? I think I saw this on their forum once and same reply, they recommended to shake it up and use. Iron remover turned yellow in bottle after opening.

I'm 15mins from their HQ though and personally, for iron remover, I'd go and ask them to replace.

I found it - the general consensus was sunlight exposure but still good to use.

I have not concluded if there is a -shelf life- of Thioglycolic, the main ingredient .

I've used some Sonax FE that just wasn't effective any more - stored in temp controlled environment.
It's in a dark bottle so no #### on product color....

In other things like construction adhesives and what not, I am mindful to look at batch code dates, etc just to see

    Theyy wrote back this:
    Hello Brian,

As I'm sure whoever you spoke with on the phone told you, I would use either of those products with zero hesitation! Iron remover is very fickle when it comes to manufacturing the product with a consistent color, and anything from extremely high to extremely low temperature can also cause the color to be altered slightly. I can assure you that the product is perfectly fine, and that it will still be just as effective as any other bottles.

Thank you for contacting us and thank you for your business!
