Yeah I would hope it would be better but they charge $139 for their FOAMR which is the same as the SPTA from Amazon and that one is $65

Was looking at that one as well but a couple of small things turned me off, like the M22x15 fitting, the many issues I’ve read and then the fact that there’s a newer and better version.
Ended up buying the Karcher K1700 cube and got the MTM SG28 handle, upgraded hose and QD’s to pair with my MTM cannon.
Nicely done, you will love the MTM upgrades too.
From what OG say, these K1700's are made differently to the rest of the Karcher lineup, for the better.

Excited to get it up and running!
HSN actually has the K1700 but the non-cube version on sale for $129 (vs $169 cubed on Amazon) and Amazon has the K1800 cube for $135 on sale right now but I wanted the cube and OG says the K1700 is the way to go.

Re: Pressure Washer Opinions wanted
I’m glad you all brought this thread up. I have a craftsman 2.3 gpm 3200 psi. While it’s great at washing the driveway and such, I hate lugging that thing out everytime to do a wash. The junky wand is leaky and the wand hose gets hung on everything. Not to mention it likes to wrap itself up in a cool and can’t ever get it undone.
I, too, would like a cube style PW. Or just anything less cumbersome than that craftsman. I wish they would just sell the unit without all those worthless attachments. Let me buy the attachments I want separately.

If you were referring to the Active VE-52....they sell the base unit by itself (called the VE-56) on their website for less money than the VE-52

Yeah I was all set to get a Kranzle but after owning my ryobi PW for 3-4 years it works well for what I need it for.
Could use a little more GPM’s but for my next one TSS is my main must have.

Just in general. I’d like to be able to go out to Lowe’s or whatever, grab a PW without all that junk it comes with that I’m gonna discard anyway.

I have this little Daddy dialed down in half! 900 psi with 2+gpm but for house just run tips that come with it or even smaller depending on your needs?
