Essence and Eraser question
I think I remembered that Carpro now recommends using eraser even if you let it sit the 12/24 hours But I couldn’t find it. Is that the case?

That’s my understanding. It is Gyeon Primer that suggests waiting 24 hours before coating and to use Gyeon Prep if coating before 24 hours. But if waiting 24 hours, I’d use Prep anyway to remove dust.

It is recommended to use.

Re: Essence and Eraser question
If essence is not worked in enough, there is a possibility that some polishing oils will still be left on the surface, which is why an eraser wipe down is recommended.
And for those that are curious, the eraser wipe down WILL NOT remove the ceramic component that essence leaves behind, so there really isn't a downside to it besides saving some time.
