You did get a refund, didn't you? At this point, it would be a free bottle.

My bottle had the standard separation and talking to Mr Jeff Brown he said its completely normal and doesn’t effect performance, they are looking to change up the the formula to prevent that.
Check out this video.

That is impressive for a 'one step' type product...looks like it dusts a little?

You are correct, I did take mine back and got a refund from the auto parts store
And I am glad I did because it might be the only relief I get from this little exercise
I am looking at it this way now, if I get anything from Griot's then yes, it will end up being free, minus the gas for 2 trips back and forth to the parts store, the gas back and forth for the 40 mile round trip to my PO Box to retrieve it assuming it ever shows up, the hassle of dealing with Griot's customer service, etc etc
Luckily it wasn't something I actually needed then and there when I bought it and waiting well over a month so far has simply been an inconvenience
At this point it is the deciding factor of whether I will or won't try Griot's products again so Griot's can eat a few bucks for some product as promised or I can keep using products from companies like 3D
I guess that sounds harsh

Yep. I finally got my replacement bottle from Griot's. Same clear bottle that the first one came in.

it looked ok when it arrived last weekend. i'll take another look at it this weekend. they seem to be more consistently now saying that separating is expected and they consider it an issue if it separates and won't mix back up when you shake it. they also said that going to the opaque bottle would hide the normal separation. i'd prefer to at least be able to see it so if i bought more down the road, it would get put into the clear bottle.
their surface prep cleanser (panel wipe) is also available on the website now. also their foaming compact sprayer is available now too. that wasn't listed before.

Re: Griots ceramic all in one
Thanks for the updates. Really thinking about using this on my dd. It doesn’t get a lot of miles at all, but I still want a simple and fairly durable solution that looks good. Thinking this maintained with ceramic speed shine would be a good and simple combo.
That being said, as much as some people knock 303 graphene, it’s done well for me. Surgical prep isn’t needed, you can reapply whenever, top it with whatever, and to me, it really does resist water spotting and other environmental contaminants.

Re: Griots ceramic all in one
A week later, my new bottle is still looking stable.
Haven't watched all of the Ceramic AIO Q&A video but one interesting tidbit so far was that the green bottle AIO will be more stable:
No Question Left Behind: Answering Your Ceramic All-in-One Wax Questions From Our Last Livestream - YouTube
That's the first I've heard them mention that. Maybe that improvement made its way into some of the more recently manufactured clear bottles like the one I got.
