    Tree sap

My house as this large douglas fir and the sap is so evil. I leave my car in garage always but will be remodeling shortly and leave my car under the tree. I can leave it near my neighbor but not sure how long the remodeling will take place. I am in Seattle so temp at night will be around 40 to 60 during this time and wondering will sap still drop a lot or if any? And is there any temporary cover i can do without scratching car?

I remembwr in summer leaving it for like 10 min i would experience sap lol

Also, let say sap is covered. Im guessing car wash sooner will remove this before it starts hitting clearcoat etc

Sap should not be much of a problem when the weather turns cold. IPA wipe down will remove it.
