Gyeon Q2 Quickview
I’ve been intrigued by it and might try it next time. Looks pretty easy to apply.

I slapped on leftover CQUK 3.0 and have been pretty pleased with it. Water isn't flying off like Rain-X or anything but it effectively repels water and keeps my glass pretty clean. I'm also a "wiping minimalist" (something my wife will NEVER understand) which has really extended the longevity of it. Not having to commute about 50 miles a day probably helps a lot too

Re: What do ya'll like for windshield protectant?
I have treid all kinds of windshield coatings with a lot of good results. My favorite that is pretty easy to allow is GTechniq G5 Water Repellent Coating. I recently tried Griot's Garage Glass Sealant amd was not that impressed. Rain X is good but don't last long. I tried some left over coating a time or two but have found that none really last a long time in heavy rain with wipers going for a long time. I there is soemthing that sheets water and last let me know.

I have used quite a bit of glass coatings and the amount of wiper usage is going to determine the durability and longevity.
Currently my goto is the P&S Vue glass coating. Super easy to work with. The rainbow effect definitely helps with knowing when to wipe off.
The new CarPro FlyByForte is nice but it can be a bit tricky to get right. The new version doesn’t require all the prep work. Degrease aka panel wipe and then coat. The coating has an etching effect where it will bond itself.
McKee’s 37 is about as easy as it gets. Pretty durable for a spray coating.
I have also been playing around with the artdeshine Graphene window coat. Which is pretty good. Has the sweating effect like Gtechniq CSL telling the user when to wipe off.
I will receive my order for the new stoners glass coating to see if it is any good. Stay tuned for that.

I tried a glass coating and didn't care for it. It shed water well but I got some chattering of my wipers in light rain. I now use a windshield cleaner with a rain repellent. Works great for me. I use these when I wash my car or as needed. Keeps the rain of well, no need to re-apply regularly, and no prep work required.

Re: What do ya'll like for windshield protectant?
I have ONR mixed with distilled water in the washer fluid tank. Maybe once a week I’ll clean the windshield with a multi-use spray:
-Xtreme Solutions Jersey Devil
-Ethos Defy (the slickest for windows)
-Wolfgang Über SiO2
-CarPro EcH2O
I keep at least one of those bottles in the car, so there’s no preference. They each do what I need them to do.
