Hey, aside, do you guys with unheated garages bring all of your products in during cold Winter months?

All of my products go to my basement. I retrieve them as needed.

Be safe with those heaters - make sure you crack the door for fresh air! (Better yet, have a CO dectector out there. Lost a fellow autocrosser that passed due to CO poisoning in his garage during the winter)

As far as product storage, I keep most inside all year. Don’t want stuff freezing in winter, nor am I wild about it getting to 100 in the summer. I’ll keep select stuff on the shelf in the garage during the summer. Towels all live downstairs so I don’t have to worry about contamination.

You're so right and even me mentioning the heaters in the garage should be packaged with a disclaimer. I'm real sorry about your friend too - terrible way to go.

The garage stays completely open. I used to leave it half open, but my first propane heater was one of those Home Depot little guys and it MELTED within 3 uses. Madness.

Here's tonight's discontent. The headlamp I just put in my trunk did prove useful as I was putting on the spare on the side of the highway.

Now to find a reputable shop to repair the tire. (sarcasm)
