Can detailing products be stored in a hot garage?
Like many parts of the country, I am heading into a very hot weekend with temps north of 100 degrees. I store all of my detailing products in my non-air conditioned garage. Can waxes, sealants, and ceramic sprays handle the heat? I ask because I have a ceramic-infused waterless wash (I won't name the manufacturer bc it is not sold on AG). I noticed that the solution had separated. I tried shaking it but there appear to be off-white little particles. I am guessing this may be little pieces of ceramic material and that the heat in the garage caused the ceramic to harden or separate.
Any suggestions to prevent a hot garage from ruining detailing products would be appreciated.
Thank you,

Not a good idea, much better in a household closet. Detailing products like the Goldilocks zone …..

Tell your wife you need to store your detailing supplies in the living room, but only for the summer.

I wouldn't store them in a hot garage. I would snag some plastic bins and store your detailing products in a guess room (under the bed, in a closet etc).

I’ll go out on a limb and say high temps are alot better than cold temps when it comes to detailing products.
What makes me say that? If you’ve ever read the back label on any Mothers product, you’ll always see the words “do not freeze” printed on every product they sell. Nothing about high temps though. I think they’ll be ok as long as they’re not in direct sunlight.

I keep everything inside the house. A lot of the chemicals are temperature sensitive.

Yeah, because you don't get any cold temps, Ric.
But I agree with you, and with all of the posts above about keeping all of your detailing liquids indoors, year-round.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

My garage is AC'd. It only costs a few bucks a month to keep it at 75 most of the time. If I go out there to work I crank it down to 65.
I like Bob's suggestion of a beverage cooler.
