That’s very cool. These kind of thing mean a lot.
I have had similar experiences here at AG. Of the tons of orders I have placed over the years, I had a few shipping mishaps. It was the shippers fault, not AG’s. Autogeek has always made good without any questions even tho it wasn’t their fault.
Also has some questions on Flex Polishers. Chris Metcalf has personally contacted me. He went above and beyond to take care of me.
Griots, AG, Flex or whoever.... the customer service is still important to me and a reason companies in this day and age get repeat business from me.
