Wolfgang Deep Gloss Sealant - Thinned Out

Probably an odd question but does anyone know how to make a sealant thicker? I have been using Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant (the best sealant I've ever used) but the liquid has gone super thin, almost to a water state. While it still seems to work just fine, it is a little awkward getting it onto an applicator to apply. Thanks.

Try shaking it like a mad man.

The older formula would do this but if I remember correctly it was re-formulated to hold in suspension better plus it was made thicker.

The older version - if left to stand over time, would become very thing but if you shake it like a mad man you could bring it back to it's lotion-like consistency.

If it doesn't shake back to a lotion-like consistency then it's cooked.

Let me know how this works out.

This is the 3.0 version. I've shaken it up before but this time I took your advice and shook it "like a mad" man" for about 1 minute. I was really surprised as this did get it to thicken up more then it had in the past. I had skook it before but only for a few seconds. Probably in a better state to life up to its full potential.

As I mentioned before, IMHO one of the best sealants I've used. Goes on super thin (a plus) so it is also easy to remove and leaves a nice durable coat. At $30 a bottle is on the expensive side but that one bottle... lasts a _long_ time.

    Thanks!

It was formulated after the 3.0 version sticker.

I was actually quite surprised too - to find out that simply shaking like a mad man could re-thicken the product but I've done it myself.

And you're right about it being a very good sealant, I would even say it's one of those products that has

    A cult-like following
