I just got new Roadwire leather seats for my car. They were clearance items so I can't really complain too much for the price I paid, but I one of my pieces of upholstery was quite dry and felt very rough to the touch with some cracking. I've done probably at least 5 rounds of Griot's Leather 3 in 1 Spray, and I have seen noticeable improvement with the suppleness and cracking, but there's still a good bit of cracking on the headrest, and a part of the leather on the backrest still feels quite dry and rough. I think I've hit the limit on the headrest, but how do I tell when the leather won't take any more conditioner?

Thanks!
