Road film removal
My white Accord is slowly getting a nasty road film build-up. What should I use to clean it? I plan on doing complete decon in the next month with either Sonax fallout cleaner or Iron X as part of the clay, polish and sealant. But I can't go another week with a gray rear!
Should I just use a diluted APC? If so what kind have you used successfully

Re: Road film removal
I’ve had success with alkaline soaps. Bilt Hamber Autofoam and Mckees coating prep remover are the ones i have on hand.
Others have had success with diluted APC’s. Start 10-1 and work your way to stronger dilution if necessary.
