Meg's Hot Rims Tire & Wheel vs. Whestley's Bleche White

Couple weeks ago I went down a rabbit hole of what ever happened to Whestly's. Turns out it is now owned by Black Magic and their formula doesnt work as well as the original. Many vids on YT recommended Meg's Hot Rims Tire and Wheel as a replacement that closely mimics the old Whestley's effectiveness in cleaning tires, specifically.

I used Meg's for the first time yesterday and was very pleased! I think I found my new tire and wheel cleaner. But there is one problem. I went through 2/3 bottle on two cars. Since this is a consumer level product, it doesnt seem that Meg's sells this by the gallon. Does anyone know of a similar product I can buy by the gallon AND is economical like Meg's other pro products?

I guess D143 might be the answer. Anyone have experience with both? What dilution ratio do you use assuming regularly maintained wheels and tires?
