ECH2O is not really meant as a QD. It does have a tiny bit of SiO2 in it but it is better suited as a waterless/rinseless wash as it leaves little protection behind. To use as a QD mix 2 ounces ECH2O with 2 ounces Reload type spray, and 32 ounces distilled water. Spray, wipe to spread, and wipe with clean microfiber towel. There may be some hazing requiring a second wipe.
As others have said CarPro EliXir is a good ready to use product for a QD.
Yeah, Ech2o is pretty thick and actually overkill as a QD, heck, you could use leftover RW Ech2o as a QD honestly.

Listen, I know it doesn't say anything about RW but IIRC someone contacted them about it and said it was ok to use it that way. That said, this makes a superior RW and I've been using it this way for a long time without issues.I think you guys have it backwards.. It’s meant to be used as a QD or Waterless Wash and not meant to be used a Rinseless, which is why you don’t see any mention or directions on the label or product description in regards to Rinseless Wash.
I use it @10:1 as a waterless. Works good.

What are the manufacturers directions for rinseless? I don’t see any?

Listen, I'm not sure if your being a clown or not here. The Elixr is said to be CarPro's "brew" of what people here have been doing with 2 of their existing products and probably some other items we don't know about. So if Ech2o by itself is “overkill” as a QD/WW, and Elixir is basically Ech2o + Reload, does that mean you’d consider Elixir overkill as a QD/WW too? Would you use Elixir as a Rinseless?
Ahhh, QuartmaxMaybe I should have said that I don’t use ECH2O alone as a QD. I started mixing ECH2O and Quartzmax for a QD before I even used it waterless or rinseless. Adding a few oz of your favorite SiO2 spray just makes it last for a few more days. My wash method is a hybrid version anyway. Suffice it to say ECH2O is good anyway you want to use it.
Listen, I'm not sure if your being a clown or not here.
Elixr is NOT a concentrate like Ech2o is, are you serious with all this right now?

No I’m not being a clown. I was under the assumption that Elixir was a concentrate for waterless wash/QD.
Ech20 can certainly be used as a rinseless wash as well as a QD and clay lube besides it's original intended purpose of a waterless wash. It does a very good job as a rinseless wash. It won't leave protection behind like Elixir or Merlin's Magic Elixir but that should not be a deal breaker.

Paint and chrome take on an entirely new level of gloss and reflection with this incredible formula and better yet it is easy to use even in extreme heat and direct sun on painted surfaces! Our solution to providing a swirl free and eco friendly waterless experience is a blend of proprietary lifting agents combined with natural organic extracts and lubricants.
The secret to the safe cleansing abilities provided by EcH2o is a combination of its modified high gloss SiO2 component and its innate cleansing abilities, which easily removes dust and light dirt whilst leaving behind a wet, glass-like surface! The finish left by EcH2o mimics the incredible properties that have become synonymous with CarPro SiO2 sealants and CQuartz coatings throughout the years!
In conjunction with a quality microfiber towel, the lubricants aid in safely removing the larger particles from the surface while the remnants of the EcH2o solution become an active cleaner across the surface and begin to loosen any particulates that were left behind.
