    "Pop" on silver paint

Hey guys. I've got a 2015 4runner. Classic silver color. And I just can NOT get this paint to pop. Not looking for longevity, but what's a good maintenance product (wax/detail spray) that will make this color pop a little more? I know it's a tough color, but I can't even make this paint look any different than no product at all.

I have an '08 Silver 4runner sport. I understand what you mean. A couple products I have liked on mine were CG Blitz which is a spray that you treat like a liquid wax (spread out, let dry to haze then buff off). Works really well on windows/chrome too.

Wolfgang Fusion and Deep gloss paint sealant, Megs d156, and Optimum spray wax. I tend to use all sealants on mine being a DD.

PERL diluted 1:1 for the trim and tires.

Your LSP is only going to be 10% of the total shine. You must polish to get the other 90% of gloss.

After polishing, I find that the “glassy” look is best for making silver paint pop.

Ceramic coatings work well to achieve this.

If you go with a sealant, FK1000P is very nice on silver. Acrylic spray waxes like Ultimate Acrylic Spray Wax also work very well in making silver paint pop.
