1. You can try Solution Finish or a similar dyed/pigmented coating to restore the color of the plastic trim. Of course you'll most likely have to apply it to the entire trim (unless you have super blending skills), but it will definitely "override" the color of the defect. When using this method, the scratch - as the unevenness of the surface, not in the color - will still remain there, even though it will not be as apparent as it was originally.
2. You can take a heat gun and carefully make the plastic surface "reflow". This is the same process that's used to restore the color of old, greyish trim, but it also helps with superficial/medium scratches. This way you can make the scratch (as the unevenness of the surface) disappear perfectly, while still preserving even the texture of the surface. This is because the white color is the result of very tiny "shards" of plastic, that still partially cling to the original plastic material, however, will be very thin, and thus melt and shrink back a lot faster than the rest of the plastic material, that's still in tact. That said, this process is very dangerous if you don't know exactly what you're doing and are not super careful, and you can easily cause permanent damage, not only to the scratched trim, but also to other materials or parts near it.
