Rate my plan/product selection
I was preparing my stuff to buy to polish and ceramic coat my car. Just wanted peoples input on product selection if it's a good choice.
Will be getting a Griot G9 polisher and use the DIY detail polish and their gold pads for normal polish and the purple micro for deeper cut if needed. I really like the simplicity of just needing to use 1 polish and simple pads that they offer compared to having so many different pad levels and polishes looking at other systems.
For coating I was going CarPro Cquartz UK. Car is daily driver and winter.
Not sure if anything other interesting has came out since? I had planned this few months back.

Gyeon Mohs is a better option in my humble opinion. Great performance and one of the easiest coatings to apply.

Re: Rate my plan/product selection
I've had very good luck with the DIY system. As you said, it's pretty easy since it's just a selection of 3 pads (wool, yellow, red jeweling) and one polish. I've found it to be versatile enough to cover my polishing needs.
The G9 is a good choice. I'll admit I've not been using the DIY system with my G9 as much as other polishers but it'll do just fine with the G9.
