Took the RS to the pressure washer today.
The home spa is still closed until the ground thaws in the spring.
Got off most of the crap from the storm the other day.

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?
Even though I did a Griot's Garage Brillant Shine RW last night I still needed to try a new wash and foaming tire cleaner.
The foaming tire cleaner is from Griot's and the carwash soap is the newly released Mother's Triple foam. I started by doing the tires first and this foam goes on thick and just clings to the tire. While it was doing its thing I then took my IK 1.5L foamer filled with the 3 oz ratio of Auto-Fanatic foaming wheel cleaner and sprayed them down and let dwell. I then took my short brissel brush and scrubbed down the tires and then the Speed Master brush to get into the barrels of my wheels. Sure, the AF foaming wheel cleaner is made to work w/o agitation but I thinned it out as an even lighter maintrnce cleaner, so the brush is needed strictly to get the barrels clean. I should mention I used the left over CG's Citrus wash up in the wheelwells before all of this too. I then rinsed down the wells, tires AND wheels, all came out clean!
For the car wash I only needed to do a pre-wash foam, let it dwell and rinse and dry. I added 2 ounces of the Mother's Triple wash and although it foamed it didn't come out of the IK Foam 9 like other products, I believe the 2 ounces was too much, so next time its going to be 1 ounce instead of 2 ounces. Either way though, this product just smells soooo FRESH and finished out very nicely, I was happy with the results. Once I dried the car I stood back and liked what I saw. It's now time for bed, not sure what I'll be doing tomorrow evening but I have it all to myself

Gave my wife’s new Tiguan it’s first waterless wash with some bead maker on top. The car must have been with the dealer for a short time because the paint is very smooth and only some very light swirls scattered in spots. Once it’s warmer I’ll do a full treatment.

What did you do today, in regards to detailing?
Checked status on a DI order I placed 1st week of January. Went from supposed to be here 3rd of February to now maybe end of March. Trying to figure it out as I ordered some griots surface prep foam wash from ten but even griots doesn’t show to carry the size. So curious how long before they tell me. Might call griots to see as this is stupid. Need AG to carry the 35oz when they fix the issue.
