    SiC is slicker than Gliss.

That aside, I feel that slickness is the first property that diminishes in a coating. Even after the first wash, it’s not going to be like day one again. If this is news of the obvious, please forgive me. I’m just an enthusiast when it comes to detailing…not an expert.

I would hope though, that this feature of a coating will really help repel dirt and contaminants. Because as someone has said before, “Paint is meant to be admired, not touched.”

Talking about the TAC System stuff? I've been wanting to try some of their products but I'm pretty sure I could fly to Canada for the equivalent of shipping from Canada these days.

Why? Because everyone else has absolutely nothing to do with Me. I don’t make my decisions based on what other people say or do, I make my own mind up.What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

And no, I didn’t grow up with cell phones. I grew up with land lines where if you wanted some privacy to talk to a girl I had to stretch the phones cord about 20’ to my room. Lol.

But just because I didn’t grow up with them doesn’t mean I can’t learn new things.

If there were people who were 150yrs. old today, they’d probably snicker and dislike power tools that people use today… Just imagine, they’d probably say things like “nothing beats the handcrafted precision of using a Real screwdriver”

“These hacks today using power tools are just flat out weak”!

    Think about that. Lol.

I was on the team that invented photoshop...(Aldus company)...before Adobe bought them out for 500 million
Also was the first person east of the Mississippi to get into digital photography in 1992.
I retired a millionaire at age 45 and now live in paradise....so I'm not sure what your comment means about trying new things...

peace man...I dont want to argue or made enemies on here...

It was in response to your question about whether I grew up with smartphones… It wasn’t an insult or argument, it was simply a reply to what sounded like if I hadn’t grown up with them, then why should I accept them.

That’s what it sounded like to me.

If you’d like to clarify, I’d be happy to give a better response. But it certainly wasn’t meant to be argumentative.

But I can agree with forgetting about this convo and moving on. I agree it’s not really worth debating. No big deal lets get back on topics. Cool.

It's all good man... no argument or to sound like an ass.
It's not what I meant at all...

I have had this argument with someone who DID grow up with one, It was a one sided argument as they never experienced both like we did.
