And honestly, it's probably all in my head.
I use my Menzerna polishes a lot, and they perform beautifully.

While they can be used with a DA, they're definitely geared for rotary polishers. 3D's video of these two produced insane results with a rotary. I was like, WOW!!

I saw that! That gloss was HOT - even after the wipe down.

Totally agree! That was the best 50/50 video I’ve ever seen. On a side note, the dude made rotary polishing look easy(though it’s not)!

Even my girl said "wow" when I showed her the video.
Yeah, I rarely ever use the rotary anymore. That guy can probably use it in his sleep!
Well, it's decided. I have to give these abrasives a shot.

How did you like them?
I found that 500 the wipe off was actually brutal, If i left the residue on and moved to work on another panel, by the time i came back I literally had to polish the residue off... Was quite disappointed.
I bought it because I wasn't getting enough cut with FCC and my rupes wool pads. Have yet to try it with microfiber and foam, but the cut was only a hair more than FCC on a extremely tough mercedes amg clear coat.
I used a Rupes coarse wool pad on my LHR15.

Why would you let the compound dry before you removed?

I was wondering the same thing, but I didn't reply.
User error this egregious is pretty ridiculous.
I have never used 500, but I am quite sure the directions would state NOT to leave it on a panel before moving on to the next one.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

it made very small difference removing right away as compared to removing it about 15 mins after, I guess I was comparing it too some of my other compounds I’ve used such as jescar and fcc where I can do half the car and wipe with ease. I know I’m not the only one who does this.

Sonax just released a new compound. I think it's supposed to be more aggressive than Cutmax. Will test tomorrow or Saturday....excite.
