Flex xc3401vrg bail handle loose.

Has anyone have this problem, the handle on my flex xc3401vrg is loose and the 2 screw bolts on side are sticking out over an 1/8 ,of an inch, almost a quarter inch , they are stuck got one out but when I screwed it back in it went go far at all.

more info pls? how long have you been using it?...
maybe they go loose and during usage the threads stripped...

take a magnifier or close up pic and zoomnin on threads to see if threads are damaged

Is that your suggestion rather than starting 30 or 40 threads on the basically the same subject? LOL

I ordered news screws. They should be here in a couple of days, I will try that before I send it back.

its a srart....helpful to know that its new and unused...

u said you cant remove 1 of the screws...how will you reolace that one?

may want to look at a rma?
