Used the new millie fine and ultrafine polishes yesterday.
They are very nice especially the fine polish. I had some pretty heavy washing swirls on my back trunk door. Also some good water spotting on the panel right below the window. I tried very hard to get before pics that show the swirling with the flash on and different lighting but I just couldn't capture it.
The fine polish is nice, its thick, yellow and wipes off easy. It knocked out the swirls and water spotting easy. Even though I only used it on the 2 panels I can tell it's a special finishing polish. It finished down incredible.
The ultrafine polish is a little different. It's water based unlike the fine which is oil. Supposedly you can use it as a prep polish. It doesn't spread that great due to the water and when you wipe it off it doesn't feel slick again I assume because of the water base. I couldn't tell how much difference it made over the fine polish
This is a picture of where the water spots and swirling were but this is after both polishes
I'm trying to find 1 good one that shows the swirls but I can't even find 1. I'm going to narrow it down and post it later if it shows anything.

So I narrowed it down to the 2 best before pictures. You will just have to take my word for it that the swirls were a lot worse in real life. I just couldn't get the right lighting or angle to capture the defects.
I really liked the fine polish.

I’m not sure big man, but it looks like you’re too far away with the light so that could be the reason.
Sometimes you gotta get in closer.

If you’re in a garage closing the door can set you up for a fantastic shot of whatever you’re trying to get as well.
Block out as much light as you can and use on single source of light and that works wonders for me.
Being able to set a light on a stand can help a lot too, but holding it works as well. I spent a ton of time trying to get acceptable pictures when the issue was just a lot of ambient light being around. At least that’s what seemed to interfere the most, anyway.

Ur right finick, I need a big led light. I used the flex with the Millie also the mini flex. I did a few things. I had some pretty noticeable washing swirls eldo it's only been 6 weeks since I detailed the main part of the car. I ended up topping it off with pa famous.
The famous did a great job of removing/filling those washing swirls, they disappeared. I think also just going over the car with a machine and a nice pad smoothed out the base LSP.
I got some great pics
