Any problems using a MF towel as a wash mitt?
I’m certain I’m over analyzing the issue but I want to be sure. I’ve been a big fan of sponges over the years but I have started to use a MF towel with a medium nap to wash my Jeep because of all the crooks and crevices it has. It works great for that application. I’m now finding myself using the towels for other cars as well. Are there any issues with using towels in this application? I haven’t noticed any extra marring from normal wash practices. Anything I am missing?
Thanks!

Nope... not as long as it's clean...

I use high GSM without issues. 1100 GSM double flip rinseless car wash towels to be exact. They work great. I have a bucket full of them and don't reuse once they are spent. I clean and wash them after I'm done.

Towels work great for what you are using it for. One of my favorite wash mitts is Meguiar’s MF wash mitt. Meguiar’s wash mitt’s medium nap fibers are great for getting into tight nooks and crannies. I have a spare, but don’t want to retire the mitt it lasts and lasts!

Thanks everyone for the replies and thanks Mike for the video.
I always use clean towels and find the towels make my cleaning efforts more productive. Thanks for the feedback.
