    Megs D140. One of the ammonium biflouride cleaners. I don't doubt that it works well.

    the only true no agitation wheel cleaner that I have found is Trans Mate Tame Tiger Brake Dust Remover.

    ^^ Based on the MSDS it doesn't look significantly different from other iron-removing cleaners in terms of ingredients or concentrations. It has an iron remover and a surfactant.
