Inside windshield coating?
Hey all,
We got a new to us car today. The previous owner said a couple years ago they had the car detailed. That detailer put something on the inside of the windshield that is still there today. The PO said when you use windex type product on to clean it it gets like greasy, she said its like looking through bacon grease. She then uses vinegar to clean it up. It is too hot now to spray anything on glass so I haven't tried anything, but what could it be that has lasted so long? What ever it is, could I just clay and polish to remove it? The car has not been smoked in, so it's not that.
Thanks
