How do I maintain/protect my wrap?

    Hey guys,

I recently got my Camaro fully wrapped in a satin wrap, and I'm wondering what steps you could take to take care of the wrap? I'm aware that wraps don't last forever and deteriorate as the years go by, but is there anything I can do to prolong the look of it?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I bought the Meticulous Matte wash yesterday, but that Flitz Flat/Matte cleaner, doesn't say that it works on Satin finishes, just Matte

Frequent car care is easy car care

This is especially true for matte and satin wraps.

Here is a fantastic article that Bryan posted last year featuring McKee's 37 Matte Finish Cleaner & Protectant. He is the proud owner of a satin white Ducati 959.

Satin White Ducati vs. McKee’s 37 Matte Finish Cleaner & Protectant

This past Saturday after driving my Ducati 959 a couple of days it was already due for a cleaning. My Ducati 959 had seen rain which left behind topical water spots and had bugs on the front from my commute home. To clean my Ducati 959 I normally use the McKee's 37 Matte Finish Cleaner & Protectant since it is formulated to use on matte and satin finishes.

When it comes time to wash your Camaro, our Xtreme Foam Formula Auto Shampoo is perfectly safe for matte and satin finishes. Check out this great kit that Autogeek offers:
