can someone help me identify a fix for these marks.
So bought a used car and theres these marks were scratches were but its smooth but it has a discoloration to it. I am wondering if it is a compound or polish I would need to fix the issue with my DA. As I will be coating it after.

Cant really see the defects. Can you circle the area you are talking about and repost the pics?
