I thought it was having trouble turning pads in free spin mode also. I felt like it was oscillating but not really rotating.

Another reason it lacks rotation in free mode besides small throw...the fricking BP is 110 grams..120 if you count the hardware
It isn't an opinion if it's fact. !
I bolted the 3in HD griot BP and will see how it does in free spin mode
So far I only blipped the throttle a few times on speed one in forced mode in air

Wasn't an issue for me.. bought it to replace my 3401 which only has forced mode..as will the Mille and XCE
Compared to 3401 it's better in every way
Hopefully oct/,,Nov we'll see release of Mille

No doubt. I bought this over a 3401 based on reviews here. The guy at the Kwik Set where I dropped it off said from the code it was built in May 2017.
