Recommendations for a wheel sealant?
Hey guys I just ordered some new gun metal alloy wheels, I figured this time around I will start protecting the wheels even before I mount them, I was looking into a wheel sealant that will help protect the wheels from brake dust build up and make cleaning easier. I see poorboys world wheel sealant is very popular, but also read newer products do just as good such as carpro reload which can be applied to a wet surface as well as other parts of the car. What are you guys using?

I personally use Pinnacle Black Label Wheel Coating. It does everything your looking for, plus last a long time.

I just protected my wheels with McKees37 Hydro Blue. Sprayed on, rinsed off, done. Can't get any easier than that.

Depending on 8f brake dust 8s real bad, I'd go the extra step and choose a coating like gtechniq c5 wheel armour. It lasts a lot longer than the former mentioned in posts. I just power wash my set rims and they come out like new every time with minimal effort. I've tried sealants and find they wear off much faster and require more applications.

I just did the EXACT same thing! This product or Hydro2 are simply, the easiest way to protect wheels that exists to man.

Another vote for hydro2. Noticeably less brake dust on Audi wheels.
95% of filth washes off with a pressure washer. The rest with just demoted mitt and onr qd.
Last for about 2 months for me, but application is so simple it's not even an issue.
