Re: Pricing on a onestep detail job

my AIO prices start at $200 with no interior included. If I clean up and am still waiting around I might do a quick vac to pass the time but nothing over the top.

I've heard you say that you don't clay the vehicle unless the customer requests it, even before polishing. So if the customer wants their vehicle clayed before the 1 step, it'll be more than $200?
    Vacuum, what's that?

Re: Pricing on a onestep detail job

Dealers are the worst. I brought my car in last year for the 6 month maintenance (oil change and inspection basically). The tech scratched the badge on the steering wheel. I don't know how he did it, probably put a diagnostic tool on the steering wheel or something. He also put dirt at several places inside the car. So last month when I went in for the maintenance I mentioned to the service writer that they scratched my badge, she did not offer to do anything about it. I asked her to write down to be careful about the dirt this time around. So when I picked up my car, dirt on the front passenger seat (lots of it), on the backseat (I had put a bed sheet there to protect the seats thankfully) and all over the backseat door on the driver side. It might be the last time I go to this dealership, the problem is that the next place I go will probably be just as bad. A shame really ;(
