    Help with black painted wheels

Got my hands on some TSW Max black painted wheels. Now how do I clean and protect them while reducing swirls, if that is possible? I am not sure if they are coated or uncoated.

    Thanks,
    Howard

Mine are powercoated black and I just clean with soap and water then hit it with hydro2. Hope this helps.
