    ceramic Brakes

So i took a ride with a good friend of mine to look at the 2017 Zo6. corvette.
My buddy was gonna special order it but was told he couldn't order that model without
having the ceramic brakes. And that was a 7500 dollar option that he did not want to deal with
having those type of Brakes. so i basically knew from this forum you have to be careful
of what kind of wheel cleaners you use on these type of brakes, but never herd that you cant use any type
of tire shine on the tires. This is what the sales men there said. Just curious if anyone here has any input on that.

This vehicle comes from the assembly
    plant equipped with Michelin tires.
