How to clean and maintain MB-TEX
Any suggestions besides a 1% solution of soap and water recommended in the Manual ? Are there any vinyl cleaners that do not leave a shine ? I would like to keep the matte finish .Tks

I have MB-text and have used Einzett interior cleaner and also Chemical Guys interior cleaner with good results. I didn't notice any sheen.

How to clean and maintain MB-TEX
I maintain this 2014 Benz with MB-Tex using Meguiars D180 Leather Cleaner & Conditioner.
It works great on it, but it does darken the material and leaves behind a sheen which you're not interested in having.. I once tried using Meguiars D181 Leather Cleaner and to my surprise it didn't seem to play well with the seats as it felt too dry and aggressive as I was trying to clean them. [I cleaned 1 seat and stopped there]
In your case I'd recommend Mckee's Fast Interior Detailer. It's made for quik routine light cleaning and doesn't alter the look of the surface.

...It's too bad you're against the idea of what a leather conditioner might do to the look and feel, because the D180 works wonders on that MB-Tex.

Re: How to clean and maintain MB-TEX
I used Megs APC at 20:1 on MF...
Removed minimal dye transfer, general dirt and the occasional small spillage. Finished with plane water on MF to ensure no residue left over and it always returned to factory look.
I have a similar disdain for anything that leaves a residue on interior soft surfaces..
