Mckee's N-914 as a Quick Detailer
Has anyone tried the McKee's n-914 as a quick detailer like We do with the Wolf Gang Uber? If so, What ratio are you using and how does it perform? Thanks in advance.

i dont know i was thinking of trying it though. the only thing is you only need a quarter of an ounce per quart, i dont know how effective such a small amount of cleaner could be. i mean if i diluted any of my apc's down that far i dont think they would do anything?

Grabby compares to Uber. Then again, somewhat expected since it's 1:128 vs 3:128.
As a cleaner, no comparison - the clear winner is N-914. Think of it as using Opti Power Clean as a rinseless/waterless.
Did a 1:32 (my old formula for D114) and it melts the brake dust off with ease. We have a winner here. No hype.

So, I should use this as a heavy dirt cleaner taking it down to the wax/sealant and then come back with a wax or protectant?

It's a potent rinseless without the bling. My go-to combo was Uber & D114. Uber for light duty & shine (week's worth of dry commute). D114 (1:128) for heavy cleaning; typically wet weather.
I have PB's Bug Squash & Power Clean. I typically use either one as road film remover. With D114, and now N-914, I really don't need to as both rinseless are more than adequate to get the job done. Switching up just to keep things fun.
Since it's lsp safe, you can use it anytime. Play around with the ratio. I think you'd find a mix that you like and use often. I love 1:32 for wheel cleaning. Doesn't take much at all. A few spray, agitate, spray again. Done. Next wheel.
It is recommended @ 1:8 for panel wipe. I bet that will make for a good inside windshield deep cleaning as well.
