Carpro Ech2o vs Uber... Same or different

So I use D114 but like a few out there, I find it grabby. I'll still keep it for when I need plain leaves nothing behind wipe down. But looking for something to use via Garry Dean method for rinseless washes.

I see Uber a lot but what about Carpro Ech2o? Is one better than the other? Don't they both leave protection behind or no?

It's going to be washing a M37 coated vehicle and most likely also a WDGPS vehicle too.

Different. I use both. I use ECH20 mixed with Reload as a detail spray. Excellent and does great over M37. Haven't really used it as a rinseless or waterless as I don't need to use/waste that much of it up-front when I can use it after uber rinseless.

Yes, Uber leaves something behind but not the Si02 nano ceramic that ECH20 does.

So what would benefit as an all around? Like I said I want something that leaves something behind, slick and can be used in multiple platforms. Although the vehicles it'll be used on will already have protection. I fel like if i leave something little here and there, it all helps

I wonder the safety of the SiO2 on bare hands every two weeks or so... I don't wear gloves and it has me thinking

I always where gloves anytime I'm doing anything with my cars cleaning wise. Not just for safety but also because all that stuff plays havoc on my skin/hands drying them out, etc.

If you're looking for something that leaves the surface slick and plays with a coated car, ECH20 is your product. I still stand by what I said in that you can use it as a Rinseless or Waterless but for me I use Wolfgang Uber for that and ECH20 as my detail spray after.

Yeah price is higher on it versus the Uber. So I may have answered my own question. I may get Uber then hit it with aqua wax afterwards or Sonax BSD.

I like how you can use Uber is a ton of other ways too.

How about McKees Rinse Free Wash & Wax.

Nick claims it's got the most protection for a rinseless I believe.

I hear Ultima's WW+ is good and can be used as a rinseless. I'm not sure about the other uses though.

I've used UWW+ before and like it. I'll check into McKees version

Re: Carpro Ech2o vs Uber... Same or different

Protection wise and gloss I feel ech2o is the best bet, I've been using it alot more often then my Uber, I have also been trying to use up all my Uber to switch over to another dedicated soap but Uber goes along ways and has a ton of uses. So I kind of like having them both now.
Recently live been using ech2o as my rinseless wash go to and my Uber for Windows and Interior wipe down. Then once my gyeon shows up I'll be adding a few oz of that to my ech2o qd spray for a new mixture to add.

I do also use hydrofoam2 in rinseless for my new clients for Thier initial wash as well and do the maintenance washes with ech2o. The gloss has been very noticeable to my clients

Re: Carpro Ech2o vs Uber... Same or different

I have not used the Uber, but have used many products on coated paint to include Ech2o.
I have found it to work very well on three different coatings when used in all of its intended dilutions. The surface is very slick, and somehow the surface manages to look even better with a kick in gloss esp when you mix it as a detailer, with some reload, and I have heard and will trh Gyeon cure. It works so well, and looks great enough for me to not have any need to try anything else at this time. Very impressed and happy with Ech2o.
