Engine cleaning with GUNK
I've done this before and honestly did not end up keeping those cars long enough to see the long term effects of using GUNK on paint, powder coat, plastics and rubber.
So far the claims I've read include: Petroleum based will dull you paint/ powder coat and leave white marks on black plastic trim and rubber.
I am aware of other manufactures that make engine degreaser but is this product one of the more effective and are those claims of its downfall true?
Please share your experience with GUNK.

Autogeek doesn't carry or support the GUNK product line. The forum was designed to promote the products and techniques of products found within the PMBG stores, specifically Autogeek.
