You're assuming they'd sell it. I'm sure there's some secret sauce in there that they wouldn't want to sell as part of the formulation.

Get yourself some blue eagle edgeless. You won't notice the staining. Either way the staining won't hinder the performance of the towel.
I have not had any issues using the BRS with ONR. Cleans just as well as microfiber towels. I have not had issues with "misses spots". It won't remove hard caked on grime in one pass. Just like a towel it needs just a tad more pressure and another pass.

I do have eagle edge less 480gsm blue. Been using them with D114 with no problem. Afraid to try it with ONR. I also just bought a lot of Orange wizard towels 360 GSM, planning on using that for optimum car wax/d156 wipe and then use the eagle edge less for final buff. Reason being is using quick wax with eagle edge less 480, too much product is absorbed into the towel. I figured a 360 GSM thinner towel would be saturated quicker with the product so I don't have to spray the towel a lot with quiz wax. Also picked orange so I can see if i picked up dirt

Nick, pretty, pretty please make this new product have a minimum of a 1:32 dilution ratio. D114, to me, was so great because I used it at 1:128 and it performed marvelously for so many applications.
I know PBMG doesn't make a lot of "concentrates" available to consumers, but when one is detailing for money it's extremely important to use products that aid in making a profit. I use a lot of the Meguiar's professional line because almost everything is a concentrate and dilutes very well.
