    Sakhir Orange/Black Extended Merino Leather

Q's on how best to clean the interior parts ... It's full leather so I'm assuming most of the surfaces are leather including side door/top door/dash etc... It's a Vert (See pic) so I hear they put an additional coating to protect against UV/weathering. It's a weekend (4th) car so expected to see very low miles but would like to keep it looking like it does now (new) w/out putting product on that leaves a less than OEM sheen/feel.

Would like to know how folks would recommend approaching the following:

    - Dash
    - Door panel and top (these I belive are leather)
    - Console (Lather)
    - Seats ( "")

I use Griot's Garage 10956 Interior Cleaner - is this safe/good to use on the all leather surfaces for a quick clean? Would Meg's Quick Interior detailer be a better choice or is there a leather specific that I should be using for 'quick wipe down's'.

I use Lexol Leather Cleaner and Lexol Leather Conditioner. I think you want to use something specifically designed for leather to keep it from drying out and cracking.

I would use Leather Masters strong cleaner to clean and the protection cream. I believe your cars leather is coated so a traditional conditioner will not actually be absorbed by the leather. For protection, you need something that will coat the leather.

    >>>Clean & Protect<<<

    Here's what I use:
Leather Master Car Leather Protection & Cleaner Kit, Leather Master Ink Away Ink Remover, ink lifter, leather cleaner, leather protection

{It'll be the best $30.00 you ever spent
    on vehicle interior-care products, IMO.}

I should have mentioned it's a brand new car and leather so not much to clean/ as in stains etc... Was thinking to keep it dust/off at this point since it's a vert and will get more environmental (dust etc..) so using a quick detail like Meg's or Griot's. Are folks putting on a conditioner at this stage of the game?

Just want to echo this. I've been using LM products since after about the 5th time I saw Bob recommend them. I thought "anyone who stands up for a product that much must really be onto something"

    he was totally right

I've been very happy with Chemical Guy's Leather Serum. Good protection and durability, matte finish, dry to the touch, easy application.....

Slightly slicker than OEM, but nothing that will make you slide out of your seat. Actually makes getting in and out easier.

That Griot's product is fine for cleaning those seats but protect them afterwards, when they dry ofcoarse. Lots of choices out there for leather cleaning/conditioning but Griot's is one of the best!
