    Re: Selecting a glaze

I am not a fanboy or biased to any product without testing it myself first. With that being said, Blacklight by Chemical Guys is legit. I never used it to fill swirls or scratches, I used it to make the paint pop and extra gloss. And that I can attest it surely did! Since using HD Speed and other various AIO's, Blacklight does not get used. The only benefit to it over an AIO is you apply it like a wax or sealant. AIO's you are working much more and with numerous passes to remove imperfections. Glazes are not designed for that. Customer budget and their wants play a role in what product I use.

That's why I know that if/when I decide to actually polish this paint with success, it'll be with more aggressive methods, and I'm in no hurry to do that. Until I need to. [hopefully never]
Have you tried Dodo juice micro prime? It is for finicky paints.
